Join Peace Action Bay Ridge for our "Peace Is Patriotic"
July 4 Button Giveaway, on Sat. July 1 at 86th St. & 4th Ave. on the corner with the subway elevator in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. In case of inclement weather we will be inside the subway station on that side. We will be giving away 100 Peace Is Patriotic buttons (one per customer).

This will be a daylong, online broadcast that will cross the globe from one time zone to the next!
Join us at Union Square, South Side above 14th St.
Start at 11 am with the weekly hour-long Vigil for Yemen (initiated by Catholic Worker, soon to be in its 7th year.)
Then we'll expand with signs, banners, song, poetry and  theater, expressing a range of concerns and linking the issues of supremacy, equity, militarism and sustainability.
Please bring signs, banners, flags, props, musical instruments, costumes, leaflets, newspapers, chalk & art supplies to make murals, music, theater - come for conversation, song & dance!
Come prepared to donate blood, if possible! Blood drive with the New York Blood Center
