The PathMakers to Peace award was established in 2013, to honor organizations and individuals who have played a leadership role in working to find non-violent resolutions to conflict. The name of our award, PathMakers to Peace, emphasizes that there are many roads to reaching the goal of a peaceful and just world. This is the 9th year for our Pathmakers to Peace Gala, an annual fundraiser for Brooklyn For Peace.

Even though we will be virtual again this year, we are delighted to revisit our Pathmakers roots and present to you five honorees for the 2022 Pathmakers Gala. Join us for an evening where we honor the committed peace and justice work of Dr. Debbie Almontaser, Phyllis Bennis, Rev. Dr. Herbert Daughtry
Bev Grant, and Brooklyn Movement Center.
